For those that do not know him here is a little intro:Kalabrese is one of the more glittering characters in Zurichs night life. He has been active for the last ten years as a DJ, producer, promoter, and club owner. His rather original style as a producer has caused a stir outside of Switzerland – in 2004 with his Perlon 12", "Chicken Fried Rice", and in 2007 with his debut album "Rumpelzirkus". There, the music rumbles and works its way from a minimal approach to organic funk rhythms and song-oriented structures. "Rumpelzirkus" was received very well by critics and the independent dance music community all over the world. With his live band, the "Rumpelorchestra", Kalabrese has played an extensive 2007/08 tour in Europe and North America (Barcelona (Sónar), Berlin, Boulder CO, Bucharest, Catania, Firenze, Jena, Köln, Madrid, Montreal (Mutek), München, Plock, Roma, Zurich, a.o.).To support this phenomenal 3hr act we have Monsieur Louis Guilhem (Lo*kee / Minimal Carnival) and Voigtmann (Toi.Toi.Musik), no need for introduction of course.We are at our exclusive loft for afters as usual, with nice surprise guests, come to us for wristbands during the night, very intimate and limited capacity as usual. :)Hope to see you all at Toi.Toi. peeps!!Much loveIsis, Claus and the Toi.Toi.Crew
